Terms and Conditions

Bratbags has every confidence in it's quality of manufacture of our sleeping bags. We use the strongest cottons, zippers and fabric and custom make your Bratbag upon confirmation of your order and payment. Therefore, we can not accept returns for any change of mind on your purchase. If for any reason you may be unhappy or have any queries please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you. We want you and your little critter to be absolutely 100% satisfied with your Bratbag!

No goods will be dispatched until payment is received by Bratbags. Delivery within Australia will be dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service. Standard postage charges within Australia are calculated on weight and post code. Express Post and International postage is available upon request. Charges apply.

Remember, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery of your Bratbag. If you require delivery a little earlier for a special occasion, please let us know upon ordering.

Any parcel lost in transit will not be replaced until investigated by Australia Post.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Critter Competition

Simply photograph your little critter asleep in his or her Bratbag and email to info@bratbags.com.au and the most creative photograph received will be featured on our site for the month.
